Brother Gartin pastored in El Cajon, California from November 2003 to December 2008. The Gartin family have been serving the Lord full-time in the Southern California area since September of 1995, when they moved here from Nevada. Brother Gartin was saved in 1981, at the age of 33. His wife, Sharon, rededicated her life to serve the Lord Jesus Christ at the same time. Norman and Sharon have been married since 1976 and have 2 daughters, both serving the Lord full-time. Brother and Mrs. Gartin became proud grandparents on May 21, 2006 with the birth of their granddaughter Candace and again on November 10, 2008 when Caleb Daniel was born.
Brother Gartin has a heart for souls, and has traveled across the United States sharing the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Believing that salvation is the only hope for the coming generations, he preachesand teaches the importance of soul-winning. Understanding that the family is the foundational building block of a healthy society, and the need for strong families, Brother Gartin endeavors, by Bible (AV) preaching and teaching, to restore and strengthen old fashioned family values. Many of the recorded messages on this site are from the period when He pastored in El Cajon, a suburb of San Diego.
